Can I try ThreeM first?
Yes. Every plan is free for 14 days with all the features of that plan. No card required, and it stops by itself if you do nothing.
Do I have to use the 3D configurator?
No. The configurator is part of Growth and Pro, but you don’t have to switch it on. Plenty of businesses use ThreeM purely as a CRM with quotes and invoices.
How do I put the configurator on my website?
You paste one line of code on the page where it should appear, or use our WordPress plug-in. The configurator adapts to your site’s colours.
Can I bring my existing customers across?
Yes. You import customers and products from an Excel or CSV file. If you get stuck, we do it with you at the start.
What happens to my data?
Your data sits on servers in the Netherlands and belongs to you. You can export it at any time, and it is deleted when you cancel.
Does ThreeM work on my phone?
Yes. You can add ThreeM to your home screen and use it on the road, including work orders and signatures. Native apps in the App Store and Play Store are coming.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. You move up or down immediately and only pay the difference for the remaining period.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. You pay monthly and cancel monthly. Choose yearly and you get two months off.
